Thanks for shopping at Ferreira Signature Line. (“FERREIRA SIGNATURE LINE”) If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all Ferreira signature line orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns THIRTY (30) days of invoice dates long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining and merchandise in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once authorized, please send to the following address. Please note, Ferreira Signature Line. does not cover return shipping; customer can select the return shipping method.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Please contact us immediately at Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our office for a new unit.
