Thanks for shopping at Ferreira Signature Line. (“FERREIRA SIGNATURE LINE”) If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all Ferreira signature line orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns THIRTY (30) days of invoice dates long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining and merchandise in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please email: customercare@ferreirasignatureline.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s) Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions Ferreira Signature does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
